Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Milgya Store. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following policies:

1. Image Submission Policy

Customers must provide a clear, front-facing, passport-size picture in good lighting and high resolution.
Blurry, dark, cropped, or low-quality images will not produce good results, and we are not responsible for poor-quality outcomes due to unsuitable photos.
We reserve the right to request a new image if the original does not meet the design requirements.

⚠️ Note: A proper image ensures seamless AI transformation and high-quality DTF print results.

2. Design Process

All orders include a custom design created using digital editing, based on the image and theme (superhero, future profession, etc.) shared by the customer.
Design revisions are not allowed.
The customer will see the design after the product is delivered to their doorstep. (Don’t worry, it will be a high quality and you will like it because we have 100% Customer Satisfaction on our designs.

3. Product Sizes

We offer 4 t-shirt sizes: Ex Small (ExS), Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L).
We offer 3 print sizes: Small Print, Medium Print, Large Print.
The customer is responsible for choosing the correct t-shirt and print size before order confirmation.

4. Printing Technology

All printing is done using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology.
#DTFPrinting provides vibrant, long-lasting prints, but minor differences in color or placement may occur due to fabric texture or batch differences.
We aim for perfection, but 100% accuracy in print positioning cannot be guaranteed on every item.

5. Payment Policy

Orders must be paid in advance before printing begins.
We accept payments via:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD – only available on select orders)

COD may require a booking amount in advance.

6. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
Delivery times is 3-4 working days after design approval and payment confirmation.
Milgya Store is not responsible for courier delays or damages during shipping, but we do our best to support our customers if issues arise.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are available for approved custom designs or printed products.
Cancellations are only possible before the design is finalized.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Milgya Store using customer images are considered custom creative works.
We reserve the right to showcase completed designs (without customer names or sensitive info) on our social platforms for promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.

9. Privacy Policy

Customer photos and personal data will never be shared with third parties without their consent.
All information is used strictly for design, communication, and order fulfillment purposes.
